CARING: displaying kindness and concern for others.
CITIZENSHIP: Citizenship is the process of being such a member.
When you are a person that uses the six pillars which are trustworthiness,respect,responsibility,fairness,caring, and citizenship you have the advantage because many people will see you in a nice way and you will be a CTR person.
